Security Depots Training Centre – Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Courses
All course fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made. This includes, but is not limited to:
- SIA Licence-linked training
- First Aid, Fire Safety, and CPD courses
- Specialist workshops and refresher sessions

2. Refunds at Company Discretion
In exceptional circumstances, Security Depots Training Centre may issue a refund at its sole discretion. If a refund is granted, an administrative charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund consideration may apply in the following situations:
- Serious medical emergencies (evidence required)
- Bereavement of immediate family (proof required)
- Duplicate payments
- Course cancellation by Security Depots Training Centre where no alternative date is offered
Note: Documentation may be required to assess eligibility for a discretionary refund.

4. Substitutions and Transfers
Learners who are unable to attend a booked course may request to:
- Transfer to a future course date (if space is available)
- Substitute another eligible candidate to take their place
Such requests must be made at least 5 working days before the course start date and are subject to management approval.
